Yurt camp in Son-Kul lake.

The yurt camp is located on the northern shore of the Lake Song-Kul in around 25 km from the Kalmak-Ashuu Pass.
Song-Kul is a mountain lake situated in the Tian-Shan Mountain Range at an altitude of 3016 m.
The scene that greets you there is surprising. The wide, brilliant, steel-colored expanse of the lake appears majestic, quiet and transparent, like a huge bowl of pure mountain air surrounded by hills. Water and sky seem to meet here. The surroundings of Song-Kul are completely untouched. Perhaps the most surprising fact is that around Song-Kul, you will never see a tree or even a shrub, but there are plenty of medicinal herbs and various flowers. Once the last snow melts, a broad swathe of edelweiss - the beautiful high-altitude mountain flower - bursts into bloom. It is no surprise then, that this place has since ancient times been used as a summer pasture (jailoo).

There are 10 yurts for accommodation and 2 canteen yurt. All yurts are equipped with carpeted wooden floors and stoves. Also there are western style toilets and a warm shower (upon request).

Period: middle of June - middle of September.

Service: accommodation of not more than 4 people in 1 yurt with beds, meals provided.

Price: 50 USD per person including 3 meals a day.

Yurta camp in Jety-Oguz valley.

The yurt camp is situated about 40 km south east from Karakol in Jety-Ogyz gorge. Since ancient times local shepherds move to these alpine meadows (more than 2200 meters above sea level) for summer grazing. They tell many legends about the red rock formations, Seven Bulls and Broken Heart, from which the region takes its name.
Getting acquainted with local nomadic life, complete with mountain scenery, twittering birds, and clean rivers, will make your holiday unforgettable.
